The new rechargeable solution adopts a 3.7V standard voltage platform and medical-grade polymer lithium batteries, with mainstream rechargeable polymer batteries mostly 100-300mAh. Equipped with BMS (Battery Management System), it has triple protection against over-temperature, over-current and over-voltage. Normal usage lasts 3-7 days; it will be shortened to 2-4 days with Bluetooth/CGM linkage, large screen always-on, etc.; some dual-battery models can last up to 2 weeks. Adapts to portability and low-power requirements, supports fast charging, and low-battery alarm ensures safe infusion.

In the new rechargeable design, battery capacity ranges from 1800 to 4000 mAh: 1800–2000 mAh for singlechannel basic models, 3000–4000 mAh for severe cases or multichannel models. All versions include redundant power management. Batteries must offer long service life, low selfdischarge, widetemperature operation, and comply with strict medical safety certifications. Runtime exceeds 15 h under standard conditions (e.g., 5 mL/h), drops to 2–4 h at high flow rates or with multichannel use, while highend models can sustain over 6 h.
