Our Custom Battery Solution:
We developed a custom 7.4V lithium polymer battery pack using two 124565 LiPo cells in a 2S1P configuration. The final battery pack size was 24 × 45 × 66 mm, with a rated capacity of 4800mAh, exceeding the customer’s 4600mAh requirement.

The pack was equipped with a PCM protection circuit and two 50mm output wires

Prototype:
20 pcs custom battery prototypes completed in 10 days.

Testing & Validation:
The customer confirmed that the battery size fit the device perfectly. Charging/discharging and solar charging tests were successfully completed.

Bulk Order:
