Handheld Mobile Data Collection Terminal
A portable intelligent device integrating data collection, processing and transmission functions. It usually features barcode/QR code scanning, RFID reading/writing, identity recognition, communication and GPS positioning, widely used in logistics, retail, warehousing, medical and other fields.
Battery Requirements
Adopts 3.7-3.85V single-cell polymer lithium battery with capacity mostly 2400-5000mAh. Supports 0.2C regular discharge and 1.5C peak discharge to adapt to instantaneous power fluctuations such as scanning and communication. The shape must be ergonomic (thickness 3-10mm, customizable), balancing grip comfort and device compactness.

Environmental Monitoring Terminal
Adopts 3.7V soft-pack polymer lithium battery. Capacity: 1000–3000mAh for small portable models; 3000–8000mAh for outdoor models with 4G transmission/solar charging. Discharge requirements: continuous current ≥0.05C, pulse current ≥1–2C, adapting to the terminal's "sleep-collection-transmission" intermittent working mode. Operating temperature: -20℃~+60℃. Ultra-thin soft-pack design (thickness 3–8mm) with customizable size to fit the terminal's compact body.


Asset Tracker
Real-time locates and monitors asset position and status via GPS, Bluetooth or cellular network, widely used in logistics, fleet management and valuable item care.
Battery Requirements
Adopts 3.7V polymer lithium battery (ultra-thin custom-shaped). Capacity 500–2000mAh to support 3–12 months of low-power operation; ultra-low rate continuous discharge (0.02–0.1C) for GPS/Bluetooth intermittent working mode, while supporting pulse discharge (0.5C-1C) to cope with the current peak of instantaneous positioning signal wake-up.
