Key Product Features

  • Integrated All-in-One Design

The battery, MPPT solar controller, AC charger, and power conversion system are installed in one floor-standing cabinet.

This reduces the number of separate components required on site. It also simplifies purchasing, system layout, wiring, and technical support.

  • LiFePO4 Battery Technology

Both models use lithium iron phosphate battery chemistry.

LiFePO4 batteries are widely used in solar energy storage because of their stable chemistry and suitability for frequent charging and discharging.

The BMP256MF-200 uses a 25.6V 314Ah battery platform. It belongs to the voltage class commonly described as a 24V LiFePO4 battery system.

The BMP512MF-314 uses a 51.2V 314Ah battery platform. It belongs to the common 48V LiFePO4 battery class.

  • Solar and AC Charging

The system supports both PV input and AC input.

The integrated MPPT controller manages power from the solar array. AC charging provides an additional charging source when solar generation is limited.

This dual-input design supports more flexible energy management for backup power and solar storage projects.

  • Wide MPPT Input Range

The BMP256MF-200 supports a PV input voltage range of 40–450VDC.

The BMP512MF-314 supports a PV input voltage range of 60–450VDC.

Both models support a maximum PV open-circuit voltage of 500VDC.

The maximum PV input power is:

  • 5,000W for BMP256MF-200
  • 9,000W for BMP512MF-314
  • Mobile Floor-Standing Cabinet

High-capacity energy storage equipment can be difficult to position after delivery.

Built-in casters allow installers to move the cabinet over short distances and place it near the final connection point.

The casters are intended for installation and maintenance. The system should remain stationary during normal operation.

  • Normal and UPS Input Modes

The AC input supports normal mode and UPS mode.

Normal mode accepts a wider input voltage range. UPS mode uses a narrower input range for applications that require more stable incoming power conditions.

  • Communication Interfaces

RS485, CAN, and RS232 communication interfaces are included.

These interfaces support system communication, commissioning, and external monitoring. Required communication functions and protocols should be confirmed before ordering.

  • Built-In Electrical Protection

The system includes overload and short-circuit protection.

Final system protection should also consider:

  • Cable size
  • Breaker selection
  • Grounding
  • Load type
  • Peak starting current
  • Local electrical requirements
